Simple question on Rinnai and Recirc

I only have one simple question... for the latest Rinnai's that have built in recirc pump/system... is the hot water that will recirc the FULL HOTNESS or is it just warm? That is my question. Anyone know?

It will circulate set temp water until the returning water is within 10° degrees of the set temp.
